Led the animation production pipeline from concept development through final delivery. Oversaw on-site content editing sessions, managed client review cycles, and executed real-time revisions during rehearsals to ensure alignment with the creative vision and production quality standards. Utilized Adobe After Effects to animate complete scenes using Photoshop assets, incorporating lighting and visual effects tailored for large-screen event presentation. Assets were designed to match the branding and screen specifications for both the Q&A segment and the subsequent dance performance, which shared the same stage and visual system. Used the Pix3lface glitch aesthetic as the primary visual style, while also showcasing a dynamic range of animation styles that reflected the thematic concept of LISA’s Multiple Personas album release event.
